Willow

Willow were a band from Newnan, Georgia. Willow's influences included Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Radiohead, Brian Eno, At the Drive-In, Mogwai, Unwed Sailor, Sigur Ros, The Album Leaf, Sparta, Minus the Bear, Explosions in the Sky, Brian Wilson, Mono. Willow sounded like "Crescendos, decrescendos, tear-jerking melodies, face-melting climaxes, and sleighbells." Tanner Merritt (0'Brother, Ours To Alibi) was in Willow. Willow existed from 2006 to late 2007.
